Ontel 80H Tablets are a combination medication used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Each tablet contains two active ingredients: Telmisartan (80mg) and Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg). Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker that helps relax blood vessels, improving blood flow and lowering blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that helps reduce excess fluid in the body, further aiding in blood pressure control. This combination effectively manages blood pressure and reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Dosage/Directions
