Directions for Use

1. Pour Betadine Gargle & Mouthwash into the provided cup.
2. If the taste is strong, dilute with an equal amount of warm water.
3. Swish a portion of the solution briefly in your mouth, then spit it out.
4. Tilt your head back and gargle for 30 seconds, ensuring the liquid reaches the throat.
5. Spit out the solution.
6. Repeat every 2–4 hours or as directed by your physician, dentist, or pharmacist.
