Esose HP Kit is a combination medication used to treat Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infections, which can cause peptic ulcers and gastritis. The kit contains Esomeprazole (40 mg), Levofloxacin (500 mg), and Amoxicillin (500 mg). Esomeprazole reduces stomach acid production, Levofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA synthesis, and Amoxicillin is a penicillin antibiotic that disrupts bacterial cell wall formation.
