Scarin Cream (Permethrin 5%) is a topical antiparasitic medication used to treat scabies—a contagious skin condition caused by the Sarcoptes scabiei mite. It is also effective against lice infestations. The active ingredient, Permethrin 5%, is a synthetic pyrethroid that paralyzes and kills mites and lice by disrupting their nervous system.
