Smoothex Sachets 7g 5’s contain a sugar-free orange-flavored powder used to treat occasional constipation. It works by increasing the bulk in your stool, which helps to cause movement of the intestines. Additionally, it increases the amount of water in the stool, making it softer and easier to pass.

Dosage/Directions

Dosage: Dissolve one sachet in a glass of water and drink.

Frequency: As needed for constipation, but not more than once daily.
